Who we are
Feed Your Brain ("we", "us") provides a neuro-gastronomy curriculum and hosts the Brain Healthy Dinner. The data controller is Andra Cristina Bria, reachable at andra.cristina.bria@gmail.com.
What we collect
- The email address you submit through the curriculum partnership form.
- The email address you submit to request access to the dinner page.
- Reservation details (name, email, party size, date, seating preference, dietary notes) when you book a dinner.
- Basic technical information your browser sends to our servers (e.g. IP address, user agent) for security and abuse prevention.
Why we process it
- To respond to partnership and curriculum inquiries.
- To review and approve access to the dinner page.
- To confirm and manage your dinner reservation.
- To meet our legal obligations.
Our legal basis is your consent (which you give by ticking the GDPR box on our forms), the performance of a service you have requested, and our legitimate interest in running and securing the service.
Who we share it with
We use Supabase as our hosting and database provider. Your data is stored on their EU-region infrastructure. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We retain inquiry and signup emails until you ask us to delete them. Reservation records are kept for up to 24 months after the dinner for accounting and operational purposes.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email andra.cristina.bria@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Cookies
We use a single technical entry in your browser's local storage to remember whether you have already submitted your email to the dinner gate. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
