1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Feed Your Brain website and any services offered through it, including the curriculum partnership inquiry form and the Feed Your Brain dinner reservation page. By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. The service
Feed Your Brain provides (a) a neuro-gastronomy curriculum offered to nutrition and gastronomy schools and (b) a private dinner experience by invitation. The website is informational and lets you contact us about either. Any subsequent partnership or reservation is governed by a separate agreement or confirmation we send you.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to circumvent the dinner access gate, submit false information, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
4. Intellectual property
All curriculum content, copy, images, recipes, and methodology on this site are the intellectual property of Feed Your Brain. You may not copy, redistribute, or use them commercially without prior written permission.
5. Reservations and access
Submitting an email to the dinner gate is a request for access, not a guarantee. Access is granted at our discretion and may be revoked. Reservations are confirmed only when we acknowledge them in writing.
6. Health information
The curriculum and dinner reference current nutritional and neuroscience research. They are educational, not medical advice. If you have a medical condition, consult a qualified practitioner before changing your diet.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country in which Feed Your Brain operates.
