Keep the lights on, keep the conversation going.
Every endeavor, every initiative, is a way of expressing yourself, of expressing identity. And it’s also a way to finding those people who feel the same. Inviting them to your table, sharing your meal and being happy you afford to do that.
Because gathering around a table or around an idea is often the same thing.
Find those chefs who never stay out of the kitchen and be a chef yourself. Make it healthy - don’t exploit, but teach.
While you may follow recipes or invent your own, praise the food that you know and love, and taste the exotic as well.
Keep the lights on, keep the conversation going.
